1. How much is the application fee?

There is a non-refundable application fee of $75.00 per person (18 years or older) and a reservation fee of $500.00 per apartment. The reservation fee will be credited to your account upon move in.

2. How do I apply for an apartment?

You may submit an application online via our website or you may apply in person at our leasing office. With the application, you must provide the application fee(s), reservation fee and required supporting documents (verification of income).

3. How much is the security deposit?

This will depend on the result of the application screening process via Trans Union. The security deposit may vary from 1 month to the max of 1 ½ month.

4. Will my security deposit be refunded?

Yes, security deposits are generally refundable, if there are no damages or any outstanding balance(s) on your account.

5. What is the pet policy?

Cats and dogs are welcome. There are breed, weight and quantity restrictions. 1 pet per apartment.

6. What are the fees for my pet?

There’s an initial one-time fee of $500.00 and a yearly $100.00 fee for your pet.

7. Is there a monthly rent for my pet?

No, we do not charge a monthly fee for your pet as we do not believe that you should have to pay pet rent for your furry friend!

8. Do you offer a place for me to give my dog a bath and groom them?

Absolutely, not only do we have a pet spa where you can give your dog a bath, but we also provide a grooming table for you to self-groom your furry friend!

9. Do you allow exotic animals?

Unfortunately, we do not allow exotic animals. We only allow cats and dogs.

10. What is the availability of the amenities within the community?

All of our amenities are available 24 Hours. That includes our lifestyle center, fitness center, yoga studio, concierge package room and pet spa. The Fitness on Demand in the yoga studio is a first-come/first-serve basis and classes will not be on a schedule.

11. Do you offer any additional services for resident convenience?

Absolutely, you may submit a service request via your online portal on your smart phone for routine and emergency maintenance issues.

13. Do you offer onsite parking for residents?

Parking is available for an additional fee.

14. Do you offer a place for my bicycle?

Yes, we offer indoor bike storage for a fee. Included with the fee, there’s an indoor bench for bike repairs.

15. How Do I Pay My Rent and when is rent due?

Rent payments are due the 1st of the month. Residents may pay online or in person at the Leasing Office.
